The deal

By using Daily Utility Lab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, just close the tab. No hard feelings.

What you get

Free access to browser-based tools. No account needed, no limits, no "premium tier" hiding behind a paywall. The tools are free because they should be.

What you should not do

Do not use the tools for anything illegal. Do not try to break them on purpose. Do not claim you built them (unless you actually did, in which case, nice work). Basically, just be a reasonable human.

Intellectual property

The site design, code, and branding belong to Daily Utility Lab. You can use the tools as much as you want, but do not复制the site and call it your own.

Disclaimer

The tools are provided as-is. We do our best to make them accurate, but we are human and sometimes code has bugs. If you use the word counter and it miscounts by one, that is not grounds for a lawsuit.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Daily Utility Lab is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the tools. Since the tools are free, the maximum amount you can claim is, well, zero.

We link to dailyutilitylab.com (the main site). What happens on their site is their business.

Changes

We might update these terms. If we do, the date at the top changes. We will not notify you because, again, we do not have your contact info.
